Please note: deposit a valid e-mail address with each booking. You will receive all necessary information about arrival, self-check in and around us in advance by e-mail. Of course we are always available for questions by phone. In case of any problems or special requests on site, we will be happy to take care of you quickly and personally.

Please check your inbox before arrival. 1 day before your arrival you will receive a mail with all important information about the check-in and the apartment. This mail will contain a door code that allows you to check in and environmental information. If this is not the case, please contact us. In addition, the mail still contains a phone number if the deposited once is not available. Check in is possible from 15 o'clock. Check out please until 12 o'clock. If you have any questions, please contact us. We will help you in a timely manner.
